This makes absolutely no sense to me. CO2 is the expected result of burning fuel in the presence of oxygen. The only way to reduce the amount of CO2 would be to have really poor combustion, and therefore you would have huge quantities of CO.
Can anyone else figure this out? Where's the carbon in the fuel going to if it isn't going to CO2?
