When my wife was in the early stages of her pregnancy, I went to the internet to search out pictures of nude pregnant women. Admittedly, I wasn't there to pay for the pictures, just to see what was coming and to tell if I'd be able to still find my wife sexy during her pregnancy (answer: yes).
Most of the pictures of pregnant women on the web are very exploitative; there's a lot of humiliation and such. Most of the rest is high-gloss artsy photography, less arousing than Playboy. If you could make your photography in a way that is both explicit and loving, there may be a niche for you.
