I lived in the Florida panhandle for three years which has scorching heat
and extreemly high humidity and I used my car's air conditioning exactly 4 times.
And as for Mythbusters, just 'cause it's on a TV show doesn't mean it's true, in fact, most of the stuff on MythBusters has been disproven.
