Well, here's a good question:
When going out to eat... who the hell has room for a appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert? The portion sizes are usually huge at cheaper chain places.
I can only get two items in me... and usually the salad and entree.
I guess some Americans are dumpster-like in their stomach capacity.
