There is a "where can I buy" section on there I think Home Depot was on the list but you may want to check and see what there is in your area.
Some vets will. I know the one that I work at does. It can be tricky sometimes but there are some that are willing.
After you get it spayed/neutered just keep feeding her at your place, it may take some time but she should come around. Food wins alot of them out in the end.
