The word you're looking for is fascist, not communist. I'm sure you're familiar with the principle of common ownership. Marx described communism as a continuation of the society humans had during our hunter-gatherer stage, which is considered by many anthropologists to be a human's natural social state. Having no rights or having property seized is not a part of communism.
If you're going to bash communism, use actual things that would happen in a real communist state. Stalin wouldn't have sacked this guy's viper. He may have been purged, but that's another thread.
