Hope you didn't think I had a negative tone towards home birthing. My thing is, I really just don't care. It's when you get idiots that do not do research and end up fucking up and needing more care which comes out of my tax money (I live in Canada, so that's where our healthcare comes from). I would think the majority of people choosing to do this though, would be quite educated on the matter, and then of course I have no problems with it. Also, there tends to be a condesending tone towards women who choose to have drugs or a c-section (which isn't of course by choice most of the time), so my point was, whichever end of the spectrum you fall on, as long as it doesn't affect me, I don't care.
