Personally, I've never really paid much attention to my body hair. I'm not upset by it, nor am I attached to it, unless you count the follicles. So I've never really spent a lot of time mapping exactly where it does and does not grow. I have hair in the usual places.
As to my nipples, there doesn't seem to be any hair actually on them, although there is sparse, coarse hair all around them and it's hard to be sure. I don't think I've ever encountered hair on a girl's nipples, at least not that I noticed. I can't imagine being freaked out by it unless it's like gorilla boobs. A hair or two... well, if I end up with hair in my teeth while getting naughty I'll probably just assume it's from muff diving anyway.
