I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It struck a definite chord in my psyche. Nicole Kidman is thoroughly charming. Robery Downey, Jr. is sweet, if a little wide-eyed, which is understandable...considering...if you see it you'll know what I mean.
This is a fictional and kind of fantastic take on the artistic metamorphosis of Diane Arbus, so don't expect a biopic. It's a unique concept and very well performed and envisaged. It's not a perfect film, but how many films are perfect? Especially when they're reaching for something fairly inscrutable. Sometimes you just relate to them personally for one reason or another.
I recommend this one.
