I would never sell alcohol to someone who is having trouble walking or talking because there's a difference between drunk and wasted. Otherwise bars would be in a world of hurt... regardless

I am reminded of a job in high school I had at a movie rental place. I was renting to somebody and four people pushed another guy out of a bar and proceeded to gangbeat him. Needless to say the police were informed quite quickly.
