Maybe this doesn't relate to the OP at all, but I guess I don't understand your definition of lazy. Does someone always have to be moving up in a career in order to not be lazy? What about small business owners who do the same thing for 10 years? They're not "moving up," but they're getting by just fine, providing for their families and paying their taxes. Does that mean they're lazy?
