We have one bed and one comforter. Though this thread sort of gives me an idea since my boyfriend's a total blanket hog. If I did do the two blankets on one bed, I would miss reaching over with my foot to touch him. We have a queen and queen comforter. Although I now realize I should have gone for a king comforter.
