I don't know of any companies that do that for public knowledge. However I imagine most extended warranty companies that write contracts for all brands of vehicles can track numbers for reliability based on loss ratios (basically money in divided by money out) by brand and use that information when determining pricing for service contracts. It isn't 100 percent accurate as since there are many variables, such as labor rates in different markets, costs of individual parts being higher on one car than another, etc. but it is a good estimator of reliability. Of course that information is proprietary so you wouldn't be able to get that from them but I'm sure it is done.
