- A poached egg and two slices of peameal bacon
- Fruit preserve and thinly sliced white extra-old cheddar cheese
- Fresh wild blueberries and ricotta cheese
- Sausage patties and caramelized onions
- Sliced strawberries layered on top of spread cream cheese
- Custard and currants
- Freshly whipped cream and finely chopped walnuts
- A thin slice of honeyed ham topped with pineapple slices
* It is assumed that each of these arrangements also include a liberal drizzling of real maple syrup, preferably Quebecois.
