I've noticed that when I'm drunk, it's purely physical, and my mental faculties are almost unaltered.

Alcohol works in the brain, so feelings, all of them, are affected. That's why people do ridiculous things. I really don't think they are doing things they don't mean to do. I think they are doing things they MEANT to do, but didn't have the proper motivation for it.

I'm super-shy, but when I get drunk, I talk normally, but I don't dance or sing, and those things I don't do ordinarily.
