So it's Day 4... hasn't been too difficult to distract myself or surpress the urge as my self control is still very much entact.
One thing of note happened last night. I don't have dreams that i remember all that often, but when I do remember them they are very rarely sexual. However, last night i had two unique dreams with sexual themes to them... so it will be interesting to see if there is a connection between having sexual dreams and abstaining from masturbation.
