It is not as uncommon as you think. I have seen it time and time again. I have found that many women actually enjoy this, but MANY MORE are a little too nervous to actually do that on cam with a stranger. There are TONS of websites out there catering to that type of thing, so just do some searches for them. Are you looking for only women? or does the act itself turn you on? either way, you will eventually find someone that you can enjoy it with. I might get one good time out of 10 or 15 bad tries. so good luck to you!
