It's been embarrassing for me in the past, but I've only had one partner and he doesn't seem to care so I've been able to get over that for myself. My whole flipping body is off-kilter a bit from left to right so I've practice at getting used to it. The plastic surgery thing is actually true, though, I knew a chick who swore she had it done... I didn't ask to see, but her entire persona changed afterwards. She was so much more relaxed. Whatever floats your boat, but for her it was becoming more comfortable in her skin. I just can't imagine being that uncomfortable in the first place about flaps... it's awful.

I'm half-flappy as well; I'd suspect most women aren't 'even'.
I could see surgery if it's physically uncomfortable-like so large it gets pressure from slacks, etc.,; a young girl was on Dr. 90210 to get the reduction done for that reason(painful to go horseback riding, etc).
We're a society so fixated on perfection, we're of the thinking symmetrical=beauty=perfection=desireable. Labia 'fixing', ass bleaching, vaginal tightening....sheesh....
If someone loves you, they truly don't care about that dumb stuff.
