Not that I can speak for women, but having anyone say that your vagina is ugly cannot be a good feeling. Of all the features of a body that would probably be the worst to insult not only because it's an intimate part of your body, but the person who has the opportunity to comment is likely not someone who's opinion isn't going to matter to you. I don't know about you, but I probably wouldn't take it very well if my partner said she was grossed out by the sight of my penis.
I personally enjoy more pronounced labia minora because it gives you more to pay attention to when you're....mouthing around.
In that sense I find them very attractive. As far as something to look at is concerned, I tend to pay more attention to a woman's face than anything especially when we're getting down.
