Bush clearly acts out of his own interests and seems to regard our troops as a tool to achieve those interests. This evident thought process alone is enough for me to condemn him as a leader.

He is certainly guilty of taking advantage of countless Americans' trust. Adding to that, this "war" is viewed with disdain to say the most. How long have we been hearing hollow promises from politicians running for office? Instead of using this war's obvious debacle as a stepping stool for a good press review those in power should actually do something. Whether this "something" is ever put into action will most likely be decided long from now; very long. Such a path ever leading to Bush's charge of crimes against humanity is surely based in reason, but even less likely than the initial, actual proactivism needed in the first place.
