I had the same experience.
I figured, I'm going to a strip club, might as well take the chance to dress up in the things I generally can't wear when we're out. I think I ended up in a really mini denim skirt with black fishnet thigh highs and tall black boots, along with a small black tank top and black chocker, lots of fun.
I remember at least one of the girls doing a double take and saying something about being confused since she'd never seen me before but she was sure I was working there. Maybe that's why some of the girls ignored me, thought I was competition, hmmm....
