...this review has a little history on Ben Wa Balls, as well. I enjoy them. I've never used them routinely so I can't say whether they really work that noticeably well on your muscles, but my SO says that he can tell a difference when I've been wearing them all day. I do think they make Kegel exercises feel more "productive" and I love the little jingly feeling they give you when you stand up suddenly or walk up and down stairs.
