sorry guys, i know this has taken a few more days than it should have. had computer and internet trouble, so i havent been online for a while. nevertheless, i did ask the mrs and she recommended the following:
celery
carrots
cucumbers
plenty of fluids, especially water (her exact words)
mixed nuts
dips, she recomended something like a hommous dip or similar cos its quite filling.
she said that celery and carrots are 'free foods' and you can eat as much as you like.
