Need advice from acct or tax man
Happy New Year All!!
I am looking for information regarding white collar crime pertaining to the tax laws. Specifically I need to know the IRS regs that pertain to double dipping and illegal small business write-offs. I.E. Business owner purchase of a John Deere lawn tractor "for his office", charges wife's auto expenses, etc. - excessive charging on personal credit card. I do need to know the specific regs., or if you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you. Sharla
