Oh, trust me, I agree. I normally hate those types of movies too. My friend and I were having a discussion about it and I pointed out just how much I hate when movies do it. But I decided to let it slide if it's really not trying to hide anything. Kind of like the classic The Wizard of Oz (though I guess that's different being a classic). It only bothers me when I'm suppose to be watching clever movies that I know are going to involve a twist ... such as: Spoiler: Mulholland Drive.
