I saw this with my gf and i think i liked it more than she did! haha. for once, the romantic movie does something i like. "time travel". if you've seen the previews you'll know what i'm talking about. although some parts could have been better, like the acting and some scenes, it was still a good chickflick with a good story line.

Somebody told me that The Lakehouse was a remake from an asian(possibly Korean, I'm not sure) movie.
I know for sure that The Departed was based on an Asian move (Infernal Affairs), and I want to see it before I see Scorcese's remake.
