Right- the important distinction to remember is that they "move", or "shift"- not "relocate". Your arm can move quite a bit- but it cannot relocate itself, because it is attached. Same for internal organs- they're given a lot of room for shifting around (I hate using the word "move", even, because some people assume that means it changes location) but they are anchored. They will eventually shift back into their normal positions, barring outright trauma to the tissue and viscera that connects them all to their proper places- but then you're talking about real damage, and that's not at all the same thing as what we're discussing here.
If a woman were to have rigorous enough sex with a substantially well-endowed man (or object) to cause stretching of those tissues, it could over time eventually cause the area to "give" more than it naturally would- like when you take yoga, and you can bend in all kinds of ways that you couldn't before you stretched those muscles and tendons and such into a way that made more movement possible.
But... I'd imagine a woman would need to (excuse the common language) get a hell of a pounding from a guy/toy big enough to really move around those affected areas on a fairly/very regular basis before something permanent like a leaky bladder sphincter would happen.
As medicine will teach anyone, however, there are very few "absolutes". lol
Good article, though. Thanks!
