On that note, I used one of these Adesso keyboards for a couple years when my wrists were both starting to go. It absolutely rocked. You barely move your fingers and can just fly. Much better and higher quality than the usual natural keyboards if more expensive. The downside is a slight learning curve, managing bunches of systems means inconsistency, and other people are suddenly unable to use your system (if that's a problem).
