I was wondering if its just the cranberry juice that works, or can I get a bag of those dried cranberries and munch on them, they taste much better than the juice?

It's better to get the juice. Studies show that the juice makes it harder for e. coli to adhere to the lining of the bladder. The "good stuff" that does this is taken out of the dried cranberries in the process used to make it. Try the Dole Cranberry juice...much better than the others

You can substitute blueberry juice though, if you can find it. It has the same polymer (suspected for reducing e coli) in it as cranberry, and they're the only two.
