I have IE7 and I hate it. I don't hate it for any of the reasons that have been mentioned in this thread though. I loved IE6. I like IE6 more than Firefox. IE6 wasn't a perfect browser, but if you had anti-adware/spyware knowledge, it was pretty hard to screw it up. Most of all, you could get it cleaner than Firefox, and from my experiences, it loaded webpages faster than Firefox. So I install IE7 expecting an IE6 with better features. Wrong. The whole damn interface that I've been using for years is gone. Now it's a direct Firefox ripoff that lost a good bit of its functionality without having to go into menus. What's worse, you can't customize it or uninstall it or roll back to 6.
The worst of the worst is how there's a 500 millisecond delay before it loads the default page when you open it, and it lags my system for almost a full second everytime I close it. Don't install this crap.
