Water. Drink a LOT of water every day. at least 64 oz, more when its very hot or windy, wind and heat dry your skin out. Avoid salty foods. Lip balm is a good thing for dry lips. I can't tell if your a guy or a gal, so I'm not sure if lip gloss is a good suggestion or not.
