I tried my Gyration mouse for FPS gaming ... if the poll rate were higher it might be more fun but the lag was impractical. I'm sure this won't be an issue with the Wii.

I got the opertunity to play Excite Truck yesterday at EB games in the mall and at first it was strange but I was amazed how fast I got used to it. It makes sence because if you think about it, when you are playing a raceing game and you get into it you move the controller subconcusly(SP). I fell right into the flow of the game and was in first place in no time.

To those talking about the graphics. Graphics don't mean jack. I'm with
skier 100%. some of the best games I have ever played have ben sub-par on graphics. When I played Zelda Wind Waker I thought it was the best Zelda games yet. so I am not concernd about the graphics.
And finaly as far a games I'm getting I am starting out with just Zelda and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. I can only stand to buy two games at this point and I dont want to overwelm myself with a bunch of games.
