I consider most asian girls to be cute rather than "hot". For comparison purposes Pamela Anderson/Lee is usually considered to be hot while a girl like Natalie Portman is considered cute.
Ex:
Hot = Slutty, dirty, attractive.
Cute= Alluring, feminine, pretty.
