Well keep up the running! That weight IS muscle. Also start working out a bit..nothing huge, just some simple bench press, curls, etc...Is there a gym around? Make use of it.
The thing is, with more calories burned eventauly you will lose weight. Actually, if you take my word on the working out, the fat will turn into muscle!
But you have to keep with it man. Start limiting what you eat. If your working out, lots of protein man, but low carbs untill the fat starts to shed.
