The Bridge ***
A documentary that captures on film 24 suicides committed by people jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge in 2004, along with one survivor. It's interspersed with talking heads discussing suicide. I'm not sure at this point how good it actually is. It's compelling because it deals with such a profound subject, and moving because you're literally watching the last seconds of someone's life. Those two elements ramp up the emotions so much that it becomes difficult to really evaluate things. Still, for emotional power alone, it's quite effective.
