like the other guy said... my favourite weapon would be the one best suited to do the job in hand.
In my situation... the only weapon I prolly will need is to defend my home if someone wants to break in. I live in a country where there is not wholesale gun ownership, so I wouldnt need a gun to defend myself... I'd prolly go with a nicely weighted 7 iron. If anyone busts into my flat, a couple of nice swings and they'd be sorry for it. I wouldnt want to kill or main someone... but in the cause of defence I'd like to be able to carry enough damage to take someone out of the game.
So, a nicely weight short iron would do me, as long as you dont swing at the vital area's it shouldnt be fatal, but it would do a job.
But if I wa facing a polar bear or something... I'd want a big gun obviously...
