Mwaahah! Too funny...
Anyways, I agree with everyone. Everything that I was planning on saying I read as I continued to scroll down

Soo, basically if she has nothing in writing she literally, has nothing...period! It doesn't matter if you responded to her request or not (although it was good of you to follow up nonetheless), that still has nothing to do with the fact that there was no
WRITTEN agreement. "Verbal agreement"=JACK!! Which is all that would matter if it did end up in small claims court (highly doubtful.) So spread the word about the bitch, and congratulations to the both of you. Be sure to let us know if she ever replys back. Best wishes!

So she wrote back, and basically kissed my ass. Her whole tone was a 180 from her previous semi-threatening e-mail... here she said, "I agree with you and apologize for any anxiety I caused. As you know I fully believe in keeping good-faith business practices [which she mentioned in her previous e-mail, as a basis for asking me to pay $300]. Have a good wedding!" Yeah, go fuck yourself, lady.
Anyway, good riddance. And thanks for all your help, TFP'ers and especially my soon-to-be husband (just over 3 weeks! yayyyy!)

(Edit=We must have posted at the same time...) YAAY for you!! Suprised that in her ass-kissing reply she didn't re-request your consideration of using her as your photographer
