I don't think they're trying to promote Naziism. The humor requires you accept that Adolf was a monster ... or else it's not funny at all. If anything they're ridiculing the infamous fascist dictator.
The only thing that (sort of) offends me is that they're selling T-Shirts. That, arguably, crosses a line ...
On the other hand they do explicitly promote the BC SPCA on their website and use the space to show cats for adoption.
