Sadly, Windows Defender gives me a clean bill of health on a "quick scan". I'll run a full scan later and see.
Could it have something to do with the way iTunes renders itself? I've got some sort of ATI Mobile video chipset, but I don't think it's a high-grunt video subsystem.
