Yes, that's the latest news - some twisted SOB did it. Several people remain in critical condition, 2 in "very critical" condition according to the Montreal General doctors
Looks the cops did a great job, they learned their lesson from the Ecole Polytechnique massacre in 1989 and took this dog out very quickly. This obviously could have been much, much worse in terms of a death toll.
