We went to the British Virgin Islands. It's pretty easy to get to from the East Coast and not that expensive. But you need to like to sit on a beach since there isn't much else to do (unless you sail).
I can think of 30 or 40 other places, but you need to share more, like time of year, rough idea of what you want to do, etc.
