There are cheaper hotels to be had in Las Vegas, but Palace Station is pretty nice--it's like one of the big hotels on the Strip without the Strip, and without the price of the Strip. It all depends on what everyone wants.
The sooner we get on this and people commit to it, the cheaper it will be for all concerned.

Let's get on it and book a whole schwack of rooms. I like the "buying in bulk" makes it cheaper theory as far as rooms go....after all people, I'm in Canada...figure the exchange rate into the equation and I'll have to sell a freakin kidney on e-bay to fund this. Sooooo, if I can do it - any of you can!
