I believe its the law that genitals have to be censored, although the anus DOES NOT. WTF?
Anyways, the girls acting like they don't want it seems to go along with Japanese modesty. The sometimes, it seems like the women don't enjoy it, or that they are in pain, but I think perhaps its just a different learned behavior or culture, plus their voices in general are much higher pitched and young-girlish.
