Hubby used to where whitie tighties, size M. He switched to boxers for fun. After the switch he got an infected/inflamed testicle (OWWWW). Doc told him to wear tighter undies, so we tried the bikini's in a size small..and I have to say...damn! They are sexy on him. I recommend those
