PGR3 has probably the best screencap tool I've ever used on ANY game - PC, 360 or other console.
When you pause any game you can enter a "photo shoot mode" which allows you to walk around the paused scene and and snap photos. You can adjust shutter speed, apeture, focus etc. It's neat to pause in the middle of a collision and then walk around snapping photos ... it makes screencaptures fun. I'm wasting hours just taking screencaps.
The other aspect is that you can upload your photos to the project gotham 3 website and access them there. That's where I download them onto my PC.
All action games ... heck ... any 3-d game should have a photoshoot mode like this game.
