I guess it depends on what you mean exactly when you say 'get along with?'
Is it 'Gosh, I really enjoy discussing recent television episodes of popular shows with you over the watercooler' or is more a 'Hey, if you're looking for a great sex shop that won't break the bank' kind of comraderie?
If you're comfortable enough, then go for it. You could always try to finagle some sort of 'drink for free' deal with one of the more insistent co-workers. At the very least, you'd feel better about spending the night in a smoky room with a bunch of glistening pretty boys.
If not, well, there are other things to do in Vegas.
