Man, this just hit home. I remember driving by myself back home through the rain down the highway, and this guy appears out of nowhere on the side of the road with his thumb out. Riders on the Storm was playing on the radio:
"Theres a killer on the road
His brain is squirmin like a toad
Take a long holiday

If ya give this man a ride

With my luck, he was probably a Howard Hughes billionaire just looking for a gas station.
