I think Brainiac would be a good choice though I think they should consider doing Bizzaro.
After all, it seems to me that in Superman III and IV (with all the splitting and cloning) they had the opportunity to have Bizzaro... it would be nice to see it done right.
But you are right, Brainiac is probably better...
