As for the double-posting thing, yeah, is there really a problem with people bumping their threads up? I mean, maybe there should be a minimum "waiting period" on your own threads, e.g. waiting 3 days or something... and if no one else posts in that time, you could be given another chance to bump it up. Sometimes, good thread starters just get overlooked at first.
Then again, I am sure there is no shortage of bad, annoying threads, too.

Don't worry, there is a waiting period. Posts are not always automerged.

If you want to be sure the points are separated, you can just use a horizontal line.

For example, like above.

Tilted Canada has returned in the Chatter section. The other regional forums have been removed indefinitely. If there is a particularly active topic of discussion that anyone would like to see continued, tell a mod and we can see about moving it into the relevant remaining forum. If there is significant demand for an entire regional forum, restoring it
may be considered, like with the Canada forum. Remember, though, the reason the forums have been removed in the first place is due to inactivity, so the chances aren't particularly great. I'll save most of you some time and say that the regional forums pertaining to the U.S. will almost definitely not return. The fate of Tilted Europe and Tilted Asia isn't
quite as certain, but it will take a GREAT deal of convincing to restore them. Tilted Canada was, by far, the most active regional forum, and that is why it has been kept.
