When I was a kid my sister and I both got plantar warts, she got about 2 and I had 5. A pediatrist(foot doc) prescribed some cream that was still experimental at the time. Basically it was a white cream you put on and sealed up with a bandaid, it killed the skin where it was on-and therefor also the wart. It took a couple weeks, but it was completely painless. Just every day you had to peel off a layer of dead skin and re-apply.
